Sampling, testing, releasing, and reporting results: for incoming materials, finished goods, prospective ingredients, 3 rd party lab testing, customer samples. To supply needed documents (COA’s, Specification Sheets, SDS, etc.) for shipping and customer needs.To assist in review and creation of SOP’s and training documents.To assist with handling customer complaints, including maintaining pertinent records.To keep up to date on regulatory changes and requirements.To assist in completion of and document supply for Customer Audit requests. To assist in reviewing, internal documentation, and approval of Supplier Audit responses.To maintain online portal submissions for customer requirements.To work with the Director of QA & Regulatory on creating, proofing, and maintaining specifications, SDS’s, COA’s and other related documents for all new raw materials and new finished products using Animix’s Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures.Testing products or materials independently and accurately by following Animix QC policies and procedures.Ĭommunicate effectively with customers, Customer Service and other Animix team members Create, proof, and maintain needed QA regulatory documents.
